We rented a studio in a Barcelona arts space and began by 3d modeling the studio so that it existed both as a VR space as well as a real space​

The Idea: What if we could take a space then recreate and augment it with Virtual Reality.

We built an Oculus Quest app which would align the artwork to the physical space. ​

I began to experiment and practice using different vr art tools modifying the space and learning the controls. Here is one of my early practice worlds.

I decided on the concept I wanted to explore. The divide between the left & right sides of the brain. One being the more analytical and logical side while the other being the more creative and abstract side.

I was put into the large room in VR and I began to work on a process to create the art that would be similar to constructing in the real world but with no physical limitations.​

This is how the final art came out as viewed through the VR goggles. It contains over 10,000 individual pieces.​.

In anticipation for the opening event we pasted signs all over the neighborhood and generated some buzz on social media.
07.
Over 70 people attended the exhibition throughout the course of the day.
